BILL NO. 46(FIN) and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be                                                               
taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was before

The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                      
NO. 46(FIN) "An Act relating to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                                                                  
Authority; authorizing the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Authority to

agency; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll
